Privacy Policy
Effective August 10, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Future Sciences LLC (“Future Sciences,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit futuresciences.org (the “Site”) or contact us through it.
1. Information We Collect
Information you give us
When you submit an inquiry through the Site, we collect the information you enter: your name, organization, email address, the type of conversation you select, and the message you write.
Information collected automatically
Our web server records standard technical information when you visit, including your IP address, browser type, the pages you view, and the date and time of access. This is generated by the hosting infrastructure and used for security and troubleshooting.
Cookies
The Site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics or other tracking in the future, we will update this policy and provide any notice or consent mechanism required by law.
2. How We Use Information
- To respond to your inquiry and communicate with you about it
- To evaluate potential investment, partnership, or commercial relationships
- To maintain the security and proper functioning of the Site
- To comply with legal, regulatory, and recordkeeping obligations
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
3. Legal Bases for Processing
Where the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation applies, we process personal information on the basis of your consent when you choose to submit an inquiry, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Site and in evaluating business opportunities, and our compliance with legal obligations.
4. Who We Share Information With
We may share information with service providers who act on our behalf, including our web hosting and email providers, who process information solely to deliver those services. We may also disclose information where required by law, legal process, or a governmental request, or where necessary to protect our rights, safety, or property.
If Future Sciences is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.
5. Confidential and Sensitive Information
Please do not submit confidential, proprietary, or trade secret information through the inquiry form. The form is not a secure channel for sensitive material, and information submitted through it is not subject to any confidentiality obligation unless we have signed a separate written agreement with you.
6. Retention
We retain inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain records of business communications, and thereafter as required by applicable law. You may request deletion at any time as described below.
7. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion, object to or restrict certain processing, request a portable copy, and withdraw consent you previously gave.
Residents of California have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what personal information is collected and how it is used, the right to request deletion, the right to opt out of sale or sharing (we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined), and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
To make a request, email info@futuresciences.org. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
